Organize the Inbox
An Inbox stuffed with thousands of messages is just a "pile file" system: not very efficient.
Microsoft Outlook has several methods for handling E-mails. First, we'll go through the steps by hand, manually, then we'll automate the process with Rules.
The object of this demonstration is to create a folder to move important messages.
1. Try It: Create a New Folder
Right-click the Home Folder. The Home folder is the one ABOVE the Inbox. In this screen shot, the Home folder is named "Elizabeth Nofs."

Type: Important
